Made to order Items
For made to order items such as rings and solid gold tennis bracelets, there is a 15% restocking fee for returns. This is to cover the cost of melting and refining the metal to re-use. Exchanges have no restocking fee.
Custom Made Items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom one of a kind items.
